Overview

As a Crew Member at Hugo's 701 Express Car Wash, you will enhance customer experience and assist in daily operations within a fast-paced environment. This entry-level position focuses on multitasking and providing excellent customer service, while also offering opportunities for supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct guests to the entrance of the prep station and guide vehicles onto the conveyor
  • Prep vehicles using brushes and detergent
  • Activate wash mechanism and monitor operations for safety and service
  • Assist guests at the pay station with product and services
  • Greet guests post-wash and ensure car quality
  • Assist with opening and closing operations, including cleaning
