Overview

As a Crew Member at Hugo's 701 Express Car Wash, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and assisting with daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level position involves multitasking and delivering excellent customer service while supervising the service team.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct guests to the entrance of the prep station
  • Guide automobiles onto the conveyor
  • Prep vehicles using brush and detergent
  • Activate wash mechanism and observe for operational issues
  • Assist guests at the pay station with products and services
  • Greet guests after their wash is complete
  • Ensure car quality
  • Assist with opening and closing operations, including cleaning
