Overview

As a Crew Member at Hugo's 701 Express Car Wash, you will enhance the customer experience while assisting with daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The role involves customer service and multitasking, ensuring high standards of service excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct guests to entrance of the prep station and/or guide automobiles onto conveyor
  • Prep front and rear of vehicles using brush and detergent
  • Activate wash mechanism and observe operation for issues
  • Assist guests at pay station with product and services
  • Greet and talk with guests after their wash is complete
  • Ensure car quality
  • Assist with opening and closing operations including cleaning
