Overview

The Healthcare Operations Efficiency Specialist at Comprehensive Community Health Centers Inc. is responsible for enhancing organizational efficiency and improving patient experience through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of various projects. This role focuses on collaboration, process improvement, and the application of change management within the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify improvement and efficiency opportunities across the organization
  • Implement agreed-upon solutions in collaboration with various teams
  • Eliminate manual, repetitive tasks within departments
  • Develop training materials and reference guides as needed
  • Test workflows and systems for efficiency
  • Assist in creating support documentation for workflow changes
  • Support implementation of new software and EHR module updates
  • Troubleshoot end user issues during module or software implementation
  • Plan, execute, and supervise assigned efficiency projects
  • Visit clinic locations for process evaluation and recommended changes
