A leading healthcare laboratory in the Indianapolis, Indiana area is looking for a General Laboratory Supervisor to join its team! Position Highlights: Full-time, permanent position 40 hours per week Evening/night shift Start times between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM, depending on department needs Leadership opportunity within a large, integrated laboratory network Oversight of multiple laboratory departments Responsibilities: Supervise daily laboratory operations and technical staff Oversee testing in multiple departments, including Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, or Microbiology Troubleshoot laboratory instruments and testing issues Maintain quality control, regulatory compliance, and proficiency testing standards Evaluate staff competency and support process improvements Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science required Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist program, or meets ASCP alternative eligibility requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-complexity laboratory required Experience with Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, or Microbiology testing Strong technical knowledge and laboratory troubleshooting skills Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Interested in Learning More?
