Overview

The Front Counter Representative at Astound is responsible for effectively selling products and services while providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and enhancing their experience with Astound's offerings.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell target products and packages to customers
  • Demonstrate products and services to incoming customer traffic
  • Communicate promotions and offers to potential customers
  • Establish rapport and match customers with suitable service packages
  • Review customer satisfaction and introduce new services
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide feedback
  • Process installation, service changes, and customer payments
  • Track sales progress and document productivity
  • Ensure required paperwork is complete and submitted timely

Required skills
