Spartan Warehouse and Distribution Company Inc. is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join their team in Toledo, OH. This role is essential in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and involves operating forklifts, coordinating shipments, and accurately preparing customer orders.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials and products
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Accurately pick and prepare customer orders
  • Support a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment

Required skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience
  • Shipping, receiving, and warehousing experience using a handheld scanner
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 lbs
  • Class A CDL is a plus but not required
  • Self-motivation and dependable work ethic
  • Team player with a commitment to high-quality work
