Float Licensed Assisted Living DirectorWage Information: $80,000 DOQWhite Pine & Gracewood Senior Living is seeking a Float Assisted Living Director to join our senior leadership team. This role will travel between our communities, build and serve our teams, and fill in as support as needed.We are looking for a leader who is strong at building and developing a team!Join us in doing something of value for the world and make a difference.Work with a strong team of leaders.Come serve others!Traveling between our communities in MN.Filling in as the Assisted Living Director to support the communities as needed.Building, recruiting, and developing people.Responsible for the operational performance of community which includes: ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, employee performance, budgeting and operational management.Build and maintains an impactful leadership team within the community.Build relationships within the community and other agencies to bring awareness of our organization as well as establish a positive presence in the local community.Oversee the tour, assist with sales and admission process for incoming residents and families to ensure they are being served better than anywhere else.Float Licensed Assisted Living Director responsibilities may include:Manage work comp claims, FMLA, unemployment claims, payroll, food costs, employee files and overall financial success of building.Qualifications:Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) by BELTSS Board; RequiredExperience working with senior adults and serving those with a dementia diagnosis.Strong leadership and team building skills.Highly skilled at problem solving, organization and communication.Positive attitude and desire to serve others.Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.Benefits:Medical Insurance, Voluntary Accidental Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid HolidaysEligibility depends on full-time, part-time or on-call status.If this sounds like a team that you would like to be a part of, please send your resume.
