Overview

As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be part of a dedicated team providing personalized sales experiences in customers' homes. This role focuses on leveraging technology and services to meet sales goals while enjoying uncapped commission potential, with top earners making up to $100,000.

Key responsibilities

  • Connect with customers to introduce technology and services
  • Conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery
  • Work independently with scheduled appointments provided by AT&T
  • Utilize negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a valid driver's license for company vehicle use
  • Adapt to a varied work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Proficient in upselling techniques
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Outside sales experience preferred
