Overview

AT&T is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Representatives to join their team in North Chicago. The role involves delivering personalized sales interactions directly in customers' homes, promoting the latest technology and services, and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments
  • Introduce and demonstrate AT&T's technology and services
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through commission-based selling
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Engage with existing customers and warm prospects provided by the company
  • Work independently in the field with a varied schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Complete paid training and participate in ongoing learning and mentoring

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Outside sales experience highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive for official business
  • Experience in achieving sales targets
