Overview

AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative in West Chicago to join their elite team of sales professionals. This role is centered around delivering customized sales experiences directly in customers' homes, with a focus on technology and service offerings. Representatives will have the opportunity to earn commissions with a potential total compensation between $61,800 to $100,000, while also receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments
  • Provide hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery
  • Engage with warm prospects effectively through strong communication skills
  • Work independently to achieve sales goals
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close sales effectively
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and operate a company vehicle for business purposes

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience, preferably with outside sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in upselling techniques
  • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
