Overview

AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Concord, California, who will provide customized sales experiences directly to customers in their homes. This role is focused on delivering technology and services while achieving sales goals through effective communication and negotiation skills, with the potential for significant commission earnings.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized sales interactions with customers at scheduled appointments
  • Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech issue resolutions
  • Work independently in the field with a focus on meeting customer needs
  • Engage with existing customers and convert warm prospects
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets using upselling techniques
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and operate a company vehicle for business purposes

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in upselling techniques
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Outside sales experience preferred
