Overview

AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative who will deliver customized sales experiences directly in customers' homes. This role offers an opportunity to connect with customers by introducing the latest technology and services while enjoying uncapped commission potential. The position requires strong communication and negotiation skills to successfully meet sales goals and provide hands-on demos and tech delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through scheduled appointments to deliver personalized sales interactions.
  • Close sales by providing hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in paid training and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Work independently to meet customer needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience required, outside sales preferred
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive
