As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will connect with customers by providing tailored technology solutions directly in their homes. This role requires strong sales and communication skills as you work independently to achieve sales goals, leveraging uncapped commission potential and scheduled appointments to engage with warm prospects.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled customer appointments.
  • Conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and resolve technical issues.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales.
  • Engage daily with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in upselling techniques.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to drive for official business.
