AT&T is seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized sales experiences directly in customers' homes. This role involves driving engagement, showcasing the latest technology, and achieving sales goals through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments
  • Offer hands-on demonstrations and Wi-Fi assessments
  • Close sales by addressing customer needs and resolving issues
  • Engage with existing customers daily
  • Work independently in the field with a flexible schedule
  • Achieve sales targets and demonstrate proficiency in upselling

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in outside sales preferred
  • Proficient in upselling techniques
