Overview

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in Nashville, Tennessee to provide customized, white glove experiences directly in customers' homes. This role offers uncapped commission potential, allowing sales professionals to achieve significant earnings while connecting with existing customers and delivering hands-on technology demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers at scheduled appointments to provide personalized sales interactions
  • Conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and issue resolutions
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales
  • Work independently in the field with scheduled appointments provided by AT&T
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling techniques
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and use a company vehicle for official business
  • Complete paid training and engage in ongoing coaching and learning

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience required
  • Outside sales experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Motivated to achieve sales goals
