AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Gallatin, TN who is passionate about providing customized, high-touch sales experiences directly in customers' homes. This role offers an opportunity to achieve significant earnings with uncapped commission potential while connecting customers with the latest technology and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments
  • Conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals
  • Work independently in the field with a varied schedule
  • Connect with existing customers and engage with warm prospects

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Outside sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in upselling techniques
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to drive
