Overview

Solstice Consulting Group is looking for a Field Sales Manager to work remotely in the San Antonio area, focusing on energy and emissions services equipment. The role requires frequent travel in the Eagle Ford/South Texas region and aims to establish strong sales relationships and drive business growth within the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Generate new business for the company's products and services
  • Conduct telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations at field locations
  • Research and identify prospective customers
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs and market conditions
  • Coordinate with other sales team members for organizational success
  • Stay informed about product applications and market trends

Required skills

  • 7+ years sales experience in oil & gas upstream and midstream environmental control and production equipment
  • Current established oil & gas industry connections
  • Strong presentational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Bachelors degree is a plus
