Petrelli Previtera is seeking a Family Law Attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who is passionate about advocating for clients in divorce and family law cases. The firm values dynamic attorneys who thrive in challenging situations and can effectively communicate and collaborate with a team to provide exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a fierce advocate for clients in family law cases
  • Engage with diverse clients in challenging scenarios
  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and practices affecting clients
  • Attend mediations, court hearings, and trials as required
  • Utilize technology effectively to enhance client service

Required skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of family law experience, preferably 5+ years
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in technology, including basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new software
  • Strong advocacy and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to travel reliably to courts throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania
