Job Description

Overview

The Facility Maintenance Technician role at Helena Pointe involves maintaining a large senior living community in Helena, MT. This position requires a reliable and friendly individual who will ensure that residents' living areas are well-kept while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, and common areas
  • Complete work orders from residents and staff
  • Clean and maintain all common areas including lobby, stairways, hallways, and bathrooms
  • Assist with preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs
  • Complete special projects as directed

Required skills

  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance and/or construction
  • Valid driver's license in the State
  • Knowledgeable of maintenance practices in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
