The Law Office of David L. Carrier, P.C. is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The firm focuses on developing estate plans to protect the middle class, specializing in Trusts, Wills, Asset Protection, Medicaid Applications, and Probate. With a culture that emphasizes client support and efficiency through a predominantly paralegal staff, this role offers the opportunity to work in a meaningful environment dedicated to helping clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to answer questions and propose estate plans
  • Handle sales aspects of first meetings and follow up with clients
  • Review and update clients' estate plans
  • Maintain direct contact with clients via phone, virtual, and in-person
  • Create marketing content, including writing articles and blogs

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Estate Planning and/or Elder Law
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Dynamic and driven personality
  • Compassionate approach to sensitive work
  • Membership in the Michigan Bar
