Overview

The Law Offices of David L. Carrier, P.C. is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The firm focuses on estate planning and elder law, striving to provide excellent service to clients and assist them in asset protection and estate management. They welcome both early-career attorneys and those looking to transition to a new area of law or work part-time.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to discuss and propose estate plans
  • Handle sales aspects during initial client meetings
  • Follow up with clients from initial meetings
  • Review and update clients' estate plans
  • Maintain direct communication with clients via phone, virtual, and in-person
  • Create marketing content such as articles and blogs

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Estate Planning and/or Elder Law experience preferred
  • Strong client relations and communication skills
  • Compassionate and problem-solving mindset
  • Member of the Michigan Bar
