The Law Offices of David L Carrier P.C. is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The firm focuses exclusively on Estate Planning and Elder Law, with a dedication to helping clients safeguard their assets through trusts, wills, and other estate planning tools. They are open to both seasoned attorneys and those new to the profession, emphasizing a supportive environment aimed at client-centered service.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to answer questions and propose estate plans
  • Handle sales aspects of initial client meetings
  • Follow up with clients who did not finalize their estate plans
  • Review and update outdated estate plans with clients
  • Maintain direct contact with clients via phone, virtual, and in-person meetings
  • Create content for various marketing platforms, including articles and blogs

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in legal practice
  • Estate Planning and/or Elder Law experience preferred
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Sales skills for client meetings
  • Confidence in client interaction
  • Valid member of the Michigan Bar
