This role involves coordinating with various professionals in the real estate industry to assist clients through the closing process in real estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with professionals in the real estate industry to assist the closing team
  • Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions
  • Comply with state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts
  • Prepare and deliver closing documents to clients and staff
  • Perform administrative tasks

Required skills

  • High school diploma/GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience closing escrow transactions preferred
  • Understanding of real estate contracts, loan process, title insurance, and escrow process
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computer software, including familiarity with title and escrow software
