Overview

Innovative Title & Escrow Services is seeking an Escrow Officer to facilitate real estate transactions, providing high levels of customer service and proactive communication throughout the closing process. Candidates with experience in escrow, title companies, or related fields are preferred.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts
  • Manage funds and process documents for closings
  • Complete settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
