Job Description

Overview

iMPact Business Group is seeking a 3rd Shift Engineering Test Technician for a 12-month+ contract within the medical device industry. This role involves conducting various tests on raw materials and finished products, ensuring quality standards are met, and operating in a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform pre-defined testing on medical devices, consoles, and consumables
  • Reprioritize workload and test availability independently
  • Review test requests and reports from customers
  • Assist in the design and validation of test systems
  • Maintain appropriate records in accordance with company specifications
  • Utilize software and tools for record-keeping
  • Apply testing systems and techniques during tests
  • Provide recommendations for improving test lab performance
  • Maintain accountability for equipment in the Test Lab
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
