Overview

Asante Health System is seeking an experienced Endocrinology Physician Assistant to join their outpatient team in Southern Oregon. The role involves managing patients with type 1 and 2 diabetes and overseeing stable endocrine conditions in a fully outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage patients with type 1 and 2 diabetes, including insulin pumps and CGMs
  • Oversee a smaller panel of patients with stable endocrine conditions like hypothyroidism and osteoporosis
  • Work collaboratively within a physician-led team

Required skills

  • 3+ years of endocrinology experience
  • Clinical skills in diabetes management and patient care
  • Healthcare administration and patient education
