Overview

Image One is looking for an experienced Embroidery Department Supervisor to lead their embroidery production team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This hands-on leadership role focuses on ensuring productivity, quality assurance, and effective team management in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily activities within the embroidery department
  • Operate and manage multi-head industrial embroidery machines
  • Manage production schedules and workflow for timely order completion
  • Establish and maintain performance standards for productivity and quality
  • Train, coach, and develop embroidery team members
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Monitor productivity and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with management and other teams to prioritize workload
  • Prepare and verify artwork using Adobe Illustrator
  • Ensure design accuracy and adherence to customer requirements
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance
  • Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
  • Communicate department performance and production status to management

Required skills

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in production
  • Experience operating multi-head commercial embroidery machines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience with embroidery software and digitizing workflows
