Overview

The Electrician - Residential role at Alliance Electric LLC involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties under the guidance of the Residential Manager. The electrician will ensure compliance with all relevant codes and safety standards while interacting with homeowners to explain work being performed.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, and service equipment in residential buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues such as short circuits and faulty wiring.
  • Assist in the electrical installation for new residential construction projects.
  • Upgrade existing electrical systems for enhanced energy efficiency.
  • Interact with homeowners to explain work and address concerns.
  • Safely operate and maintain electrical tools and testing devices.
