Overview

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer position at Austin Allen Company involves working in a high-volume, automated industrial facility, focusing on the electrical maintenance side. This role offers significant growth opportunities within a leading corporation and requires experience in industrial manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle electrical side of maintenance for production equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues with production machinery
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
  • Be the site expert on electrical controls maintenance and PLCs
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and facilities teams

Required skills

  • BS in engineering, preferably Electrical
  • PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
  • At least 5 years of electrical maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience in AutoCAD or similar software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
