Job Description

Overview

SOLID Personnel is seeking an Electrical Foreman in Santa Ana, California to lead and supervise all phases of construction in electrical projects. The foreman will manage a team, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety standards while coordinating with site management and other departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a crew of 4-10 employees and maintain quality of work
  • Ensure personnel meet safety requirements and document compliance
  • Ensure work meets specifications and drawings for electrical scopes
  • Liaise with site management to comply with project drawings, specifications, and schedule
  • Coordinate with quality control and site management for material and equipment needs
  • Utilize Procore for project management

Required skills

  • Valid CA Journeyman certification
  • Valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with Procore
  • Ability to walk through rough terrain at construction sites
  • Capability to climb ladders as needed
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Willingness to work nights
