Overview

The Director of Strategic Finance at Comprehensive Community Health Centers Inc. plays a crucial role within the finance leadership team, working under the CFO. Key responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Provide strategic guidance on investments, capital structure, and financial risk management
  • Lead financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and provide financial insights

  • Evaluate and drive improvements in financial processes and systems

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7 years relevant experience in accounting and/or finance
