Overview In this role you lead the platform engineering team and shape its technical direction to align with Life.Church's Digital Product strategy. You'll mentor engineers, drive sprint value, and partner with leadership to cast vision and hire talent. You'll oversee API standards, manage technical debt, and optimize costs to support scalable, secure integrations across Life.Church platforms.
