Digital Print OperatorThe Digital Print Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining high-speed digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to production schedules, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful execution of print jobs.The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:Operate and maintain digital print production equipment, ensuring output meets quality standards.Review job orders and specifications to determine printing requirements and production schedules.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printers to minimize downtime.Monitor print output for accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality.Work closely with the prepress and finishing teams to coordinate job completion.Key performance indicators (KPIs) include:Production accuracy and minimal waste/errors.Equipment uptime and maintenance efficiency.Adherence to production schedules and deadlines.Compliance with quality control standards.Efficiency in troubleshooting and resolving printing issues.Employees may be required to perform duties outside their primary responsibilities or assigned department, as reasonably requested by management.
