Overview

The Deployment Readiness Advisor at Viperion Tech LLC will support the NGA Volunteer Deployment Team by ensuring pre- and post-deployment readiness for US Government personnel. The role involves coordinating a variety of logistical, medical, and administrative requirements necessary for safe and effective deployments.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate NVDT pre- and post-deployment readiness requirements
  • Manage medical physicals and psychological evaluations
  • Ensure completion of clearance requirements and proper documentation
  • Distribute safety items and necessary deployment materials
  • Process Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) authorizations
  • Update Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP) and deployment data accurately
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities to senior leadership
  • Coordinate overall administrative and logistical requirements for deployers
  • Educate and brief team members about the deployment process

Required skills

  • TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and desktop publishing tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or NGA
  • Experience setting up WebEx or IC Connect
  • Deployment experience
