Elite Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead a patient-focused team in Geneva, Illinois. The role involves managing business operations, enhancing patient experience, and supporting the development of team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management within a dental or healthcare setting and a passion for patient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage business operations to exceed goals including scheduling and revenue optimization
  • Partner with the Dentist(s) to cultivate a collaborative team environment
  • Work closely with other departments to support practice operations
  • Deliver a superior patient experience
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare discipline preferred
  • Three years of management experience with P&L oversight
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
