Overview

Elite Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead their team in Saint Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for patient care and education, driving business operations to exceed goals while creating a collaborative environment for the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage business operations including scheduling, revenue optimization, expense control, and P&L responsibility
  • Partner with the Dentist(s) to develop a collaborative and positive team environment
  • Work closely with other departments to support practice operations
  • Deliver a superior patient experience and respond sensitively to patient needs
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare discipline preferred
  • Three years of management experience with P&L oversight
  • Dental, medical, healthcare, or retail management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with team and patients
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to support surrounding offices
