Healthkeeperz, Inc. is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Medical Equipment Delivery Technician in Pembroke, NC. This full-time role involves delivering and setting up essential medical equipment in patients' homes, providing instructions on safe usage, and ensuring the equipment's cleanliness and functionality.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver, install, and pick up medical equipment
  • Provide friendly, clear instructions to patients and caregivers
  • Complete pre-trip inspections, delivery documentation, and service logs
  • Clean, inspect, and label equipment according to company policies
  • Fill and distribute portable oxygen tanks following guidelines
  • Represent Healthkeeperz with professionalism and compassion

Required skills

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to support patients during stressful moments
  • Comfort working in various home environments
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • High school diploma required
  • At least one year of delivery, logistics, or medical experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
