Ascension FBO Network is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a part-time role in Sioux City, Iowa. The representative will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in the aviation industry, ensuring customers receive the support they need with various inquiries and aircraft services.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding hotel reservations and local attractions
  • Coordinate aircraft services including fuel and hangar storage
  • Communicate effectively with team members via radio and other communication methods
  • Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience
  • Educate customers on pricing and program details
  • Process customer invoices

Required skills

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Collaborative team player with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to thrive in a customer-centric and safety-oriented environment
