Overview

As a Curbside Express Lead at Market District, you will be essential in ensuring that curbside orders are fulfilled effectively while providing outstanding customer service. The role emphasizes teamwork and leadership, as you will support the Assistant Guest Service Team Leader and contribute to an environment focused on guest satisfaction and team success.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer Team Members' workload and conduct guest transactions at curbside.
  • Provide customer service that exceeds expectations for internal and external guests.
  • Schedule Team Members and delegate work assignments.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members.
  • Attend and conduct daily team huddles.
  • Write department orders and supervise stocking and receiving.
  • Develop and implement merchandising plans using company guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in an environment that embraces diversity, inclusion, and respect.

Required skills

  • Customer service experience in a service-oriented environment (1-3 years desired).
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Technology proficiency.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and scheduling abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
