Overview

GeoStabilization International is seeking a Construction Project Manager who will provide strategic leadership and oversight for high-impact projects across their infrastructure solutions platform. This role involves managing complex project portfolios, mentoring project managers, and driving innovation and operational excellence within the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for complex, high-value projects and programs
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across multiple projects
  • Partner with executive leadership to define project priorities and support long-range objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams
  • Foster effective communication across internal departments and external partners
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver executive-level reporting
  • Drive process improvements and standardize project management methodologies

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in construction project management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • PMP certification required
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in modern project management tools and methodologies
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
