Overview

GeoStabilization International is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact projects within the organization. The role requires strategic leadership, oversight of multiple concurrent projects, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for complex, high-value projects and programs.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across multiple projects.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define priorities and manage project portfolios.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams.
  • Foster effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify risks.
  • Drive process improvement and standardization of project management tools and methodologies.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in construction project management, Civil Engineering, or related field; master's preferred
  • 3+ years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • PMP certification required
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in modern project management tools and methodologies
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

What the company offers

  • Compensation range of $66,000 - $84,000 USD for Project Manager 1
  • More experienced candidates may be considered for higher senior PM roles
