As a Construction Employee at Adams Outdoor, you will be responsible for installing posters and bulletins, maintaining physical structures, and managing digital assets. This role requires working in elevated positions up to 125 feet and handling heavy lifting while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

  • Install posters and bulletins and perform maintenance on structures
  • Work from elevated platforms and climb ladders to heights of up to 125 feet
  • Lift weights up to 100 lbs without restrictions
  • Use and learn to operate tools such as oxygen/acetylene torches and AC/DC welders
  • Safely operate gas-powered equipment like lawn mowers, chain saws, and generators
  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize safety equipment
  • Comply with company policies and perform other duties as assigned
