Overview

The Community Relations Manager I at Astound serves as a liaison between community properties, management, and employees, ensuring contract compliance and effective communication. This role requires a focus on resolving escalations and fostering positive environments within the multifamily housing sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison mediating between community properties and management
  • Negotiate renewal contracts for units while maintaining margins
  • Communicate pertinent information to property managers
  • Conduct training and deliver ongoing support for community members
  • Facilitate resolution of service problems and escalated resident issues
  • Review quarterly building scorecards and provide insights
  • Coordinate onboarding and renewal events at properties
  • Utilize promotional campaigns and activities to meet established goals

Required skills

  • 2-5 years' experience as a liaison between company and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
