Overview

The Community Liaison at Peoples Home Health is responsible for presenting the company’s hospice services to the medical community in the assigned territory to achieve market referral goals and increase revenues. This role includes community outreach, education, and building relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and caregivers.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed qualified referral and admissions criteria monthly
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profits
  • Foster open communication among staff and actively participate in company functions
  • Maintain accurate records and submit required reports on time
  • Monitor healthcare trends and the public’s medical needs
  • Identify customer needs and decision-makers to close sales
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and foster a customer-friendly atmosphere
  • Participate in accreditation programs and maintain professional ethics
