Overview

Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC is seeking a Commercial Real Estate/Transactional/Business Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The attorney will join a nationally recognized commercial real estate practice group, working primarily on real estate transactions including joint ventures, commercial leasing, and finance in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of real estate transactions
  • Assist with joint ventures and investment structuring
  • Manage development, P3, and infrastructure projects
  • Oversee real property acquisitions and dispositions
  • Negotiate commercial leases and finance agreements

Required skills

  • 3-6 years of real estate and/or business law experience
  • Bar admission in Maryland, DC, or Virginia
  • Knowledge of real estate law
  • Experience in civil litigation and contract negotiation
