Overview

Perfection Group is seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians in Indianapolis, IN to provide high-quality service in facility comfort and efficiency. Technicians will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on various HVAC systems for commercial and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
  • Diagnose service issues and obtain necessary replacement parts.
  • Calibrate systems to manufacturer's recommendations and explain issues to customers.
  • Travel to job sites in the service area and maintain communication with dispatch.
  • Enter call resolutions using company software.
  • Work nights and weekends on a rotating basis for emergency services.
  • Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and superiors.
  • Participate in training opportunities.
  • Comply with safety standards and keep work areas and vehicles clean.

Required skills

  • Universal EPA Certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of safety procedures
