Job Description

Overview

The Commercial Aquatics Install + Repair Manager at VivoAquatics Inc. will oversee client satisfaction by managing field technicians and channel partners in Oahu, HI. This role includes onsite service, repairs, and installations, along with providing technical support and training to clients and partners, while also maintaining and growing sales relationships in the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a territory of existing and new business, focusing on sales and client relationship growth.
  • Perform regular onsite visits with existing clients to address their service and training needs.
  • Conduct assessments and meetings with new clients for sales opportunities.
  • Train clients and partners on chemical feed systems and VivoPoint software.
  • Provide technical support and perform installations and maintenance on various systems.
  • Record service visit information and maintain detailed notes in NetSuite.
  • Monitor budget and spending in the territory while ensuring positive profit margins.
  • Supervise safety and PPE management for the team.
  • Function as the main liaison with the Regional Account Manager regarding client issues.

Required skills

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and GSuite.
  • Knowledge of commercial water chemistry and swimming pool regulations.
  • Experience with electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
  • 2+ years in the aquatics industry, including technical experience with circulation and filtration systems.
