Overview

The Client Services Coordinator (Strong Internal) role at Managed Care Advisors involves supporting healthcare operations for high-profile federal clients. This hybrid position in Bethesda, Maryland, requires exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Client Success Managers in coordinating and executing client programs and project activities.
  • Assist with client meetings, including planning, scheduling, and follow-up documentation.
  • Draft and finalize communications, reports, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing customer support via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Coordinate training activities and support onboarding for clients and system users.
  • Track and manage user access to information systems, ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain organized records of communications and documentation.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Three years of administrative or customer service experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products, specifically Confluence and Jira.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Federal Government Security Clearance.
