Position Overview
Reprosify is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new clients joining the platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that new partners have a smooth and successful start with Reprosify.

The Client Onboarding Specialist will guide Realtors, mortgage professionals, and title companies through the setup process, help them understand the platform’s tools, and ensure their profiles and system access are fully configured.

This position requires strong communication skills, organization, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the Reprosify onboarding process after they subscribe to the platform.

  • Ensure client profiles, service areas, and account settings are properly configured.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure profiles, CMS access, and partner integrations are completed.

  • Provide step-by-step guidance to clients on how to use the platform and its features.

  • Schedule onboarding calls or walkthrough sessions with new clients when required.

  • Ensure that real-estate partners are correctly integrated into their Reprosify.

  • Answer questions and provide support during the onboarding stage.

  • Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress within the CRM system.

  • Identify potential issues during onboarding and escalate them to the appropriate team.

  • Collect feedback from new clients to help improve the onboarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, account management, or customer support.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to explain systems and processes in a clear and simple manner.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and online platforms.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or digital marketplaces.

  • Familiarity with the U.S real estate industry is a plus.

  • Experience conducting onboarding calls, demos, or client walkthroughs.
